Michigan Academy of Family Physicians Advocacy Day

Family doctors advocate everyday for our patients. Today the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians advocated in Lansing for patient care.

As a family doctor and vice chair of the MAFP advocacy committee I enjoy the opportunity to fight for public health and health policy initiatives that impact patient care.

Improving health outcomes and quality of life starts with good health access and addressing social determinants of health.

My heart is always in Flint and I appreciate the opportunity to build skills and experiences that help me be a better resource for my community.

I look forward to working with Senator John Cherry and Representative Cynthia R Neeley to make the Flint community healthier and have better access to care.
